Profile Settings page allows every user in Coonex to manage their personal information, login credentials, and account preferences.
Each user can update their contact details, change their password, or set their timezone — all from one secure screen.
1. Overview #
The profile settings are personalized for each account and are only accessible by the logged-in user.
Admins cannot change another user’s personal information, ensuring privacy and compliance with internal data policies.
2. Profile Details #
Each user can update their personal information by editing the following fields:

Email changes require verification — once you update it, Coonex will send a confirmation link to your new address.
You must click “Verify Email” to complete the update.
3. Profile Picture #
You can personalize your profile with an image.
- Supported formats: JPG, GIF, PNG
- Maximum size: 800 KB
- Click the avatar icon or upload button to change your photo.
4. Change Password #
For security reasons, users can update their password at any time.
Steps to Change Password:
- Click Change Password on the profile page.
- Enter your current password.
- Set and confirm your new password.
- Click Save Changes.
Security Recommendations:
- Use a minimum of 8 characters.
- Include both uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Add at least one number and one special character.
If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to receive a reset link via email.
5. Timezone Settings #
Coonex automatically adjusts all tasks, meetings, and reminders based on your selected timezone.
Example:
If your timezone is set to (GMT+4:00) Dubai, all calendar and task deadlines will display in your local time — even if other teammates are in different regions.
6. Email Verification #
After changing your email, the system shows the message:
“Please check your new email address to complete verification.”
Click Resend Verification if you didn’t receive the confirmation link.
Your email must be verified to enable notifications and system alerts.
7. Save Changes #
Once updates are made, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to apply them.
A confirmation message appears, and your updated details are instantly reflected across the CRM.
