Coonex does not sell, rent, or disclose your data for any reason unrelated to your marketing or CRM activity.

Accessible only to authorized users under your organization’s account.

Inactive accounts and their data are permanently deleted after a defined retention period (120 days).

Coonex acts as a data processor, not a data owner — meaning we never use or access your information beyond what’s required to run your campaigns successfully.

As a Coonex client, you have full control over your data. You can:

Request deletion of your account and all related data.
Withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time.
