The Reports module in Coonex provides real-time insights into your marketing and sales performance.
It helps managers and agents track key metrics such as revenue, lead status, team performance, and property results — all in one centralized dashboard.
1. Overview #
Coonex Reports automatically collect and visualize data from your CRM, campaigns, and properties.
This feature helps you:
- Monitor sales progress and revenue trends.
- Evaluate team activity and response rates.
- Understand where your best leads are coming from.
- Make informed decisions based on accurate, real-time data.
2. Dashboard Sections #
The main Reports Dashboard includes multiple analytical widgets.
Each section can be filtered by date range, team member, lead source, or property type.

3. Date Range Filtering #
Use the date selector at the top of the page to analyze performance for a specific time period.
How to filter:
- Select Start Date and End Date.
- The dashboard will automatically refresh with updated values.
- Export results if needed for monthly or quarterly reports.
4. Key Performance Metrics #
Coonex automatically calculates the most relevant KPIs for your sales and marketing operations.
5. Filtering by Team Members #
You can view performance by individual users or teams:
- Use the Team Member filter.
- Select one or multiple users.
- The charts and totals will adjust automatically.
This helps managers track agent productivity and identify where additional support or training might be needed.
6. Exporting Reports #
All reports can be exported in multiple formats for presentation or sharing.
Export Options:
- Excel (.xlsx) — for raw data analysis.
- PDF (.pdf) — for management reporting.
To export:
- Click Export on the top-right corner of the Reports page.
- Choose the desired format.
- The system will download your file instantly.

7. Data Sources #
All metrics in the Reports module are powered by live data pulled from:
- CRM Leads (status updates, assigned agents, revenue).
- Projects & Properties (pricing, sale progress, construction status).
- Campaigns & AI Lead Generation (source tracking and cost per lead).
Coonex automatically syncs these inputs every 15 minutes for up-to-date accuracy.
8. Troubleshooting “No Data to Be Shown” #
If your dashboard displays “No data to be shown”:
- Confirm you’ve selected a valid date range with active leads or deals.
- Check that your team members have leads assigned.
- Ensure campaign integrations (Meta, TikTok, Google) are active.
- Contact support if the issue persists.
9. Best Practices #
- Refresh your report view at the end of each working day.
- Review Lead Source Reports weekly to focus ad budgets efficiently.
- Use the Team Member Filter in weekly meetings to track performance.
- Export monthly reports for management summaries.
- Regularly verify data consistency between CRM and actual sales.
