The Meetings & Calendar feature in Coonex helps your team manage appointments, property viewings, and follow-ups directly inside the CRM.
It integrates seamlessly with Tasks and Leads, allowing you to plan daily actions, sync reminders, and organize your entire sales schedule from one place.
1. Overview #
The Coonex Calendar provides a unified view of all scheduled activities, including:
- Property viewings
- Client calls
- Follow-up meetings
- Email or SMS reminders
You can switch between Month, Week, Day, or List views for better planning and time management.
2. Adding a New Event #
- Navigate to CRM → Meetings & Calendar → Add New Event.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Click Save to add the event to your calendar.
- The event will automatically appear in your monthly and weekly views.
3. Task Type #
Each event must have a Task Type, which defines the nature of the meeting or action.

5. Integration with Tasks and Leads #
Every event created in the calendar can be linked to a Task or Lead record:
- When you create a Call, it automatically appears under the related lead’s timeline.
- When scheduling a Viewing, it connects directly to the selected property or project.
- Completed meetings can automatically mark linked tasks as Done.
6. Reminders and Notifications #
Coonex ensures you never miss an important appointment:
- Set reminders before the event (e.g., 15 min, 1 hour, 1 day).
- Receive notifications inside your CRM dashboard.
- Optionally enable WhatsApp or Email alerts for critical meetings.
7. Editing or Deleting Events #
To modify an event:
- Click on the event directly from the calendar.
- Choose Edit to update date, time, or task type.
- Choose Delete to remove the event permanently.
All changes are synced instantly across the system.
8. Best Practices #
- Use Viewings for all on-site appointments — this makes property tracking easier.
- Keep event titles short and clear (e.g., “Viewing – Al Reem Tower 2B”).
- Always include Start and End Times to avoid overlap.
- Use reminders for all high-priority or client-facing meetings.
- Review your Week View every Monday to plan your upcoming actions.
