How to Add a New Project #
Go to CRM → Projects → Add New Project.
Fill in the Essential Information section:
Project Name
Developer Name
Description (short overview of the project)
Neighborhood / Street / City / Country / Zip Code
Use the Map to mark the exact location of your project.
Search the address or drag the marker to the correct point.
The map is powered by OpenStreetMap for precision.
Upload all media files:
Featured Photo (main image displayed in CMS & listings)
Photo Gallery
Floor Plans, Brochures, or Presentations (PDF, JPG, MP4)
Click Submit to save.

Tip #
Each project you create can later be linked to multiple properties (units or listings) under it — this helps keep your CRM organized and reports accurate.
2. Properties #
Properties are the individual units or listings inside your projects — such as apartments, villas, offices, or retail spaces.
Each property includes its specifications, pricing, media, and amenities.

How to Add a New Property #
Go to CRM → Properties → Add New Property.
Under Essential Information, fill in:
Property Name
Description
Property Type (Residential / Commercial)
Listing Purpose (For Sale / For Rent)
Price
Project (select from existing projects)
Payment Plan (if applicable)
Construction Stage (Off-plan, Ready, Under Construction)
Size, Floor Number, and Year of Construction

Main Features and Amenities #
Coonex allows you to select from a built-in list of popular amenities and features:
Maids Room, Study Room
Central A/C & Heating
Balcony or Terrace
Private Garden / Pool / Gym / Jacuzzi
Shared Facilities (Pool, Gym, Spa, Security)
Concierge or Maid Services
Built-in Wardrobes / Kitchen Appliances
Water or Landmark View
Parking, Day Care, Kids Play Area, Business Center, Prayer Room, etc.
You can tick multiple amenities that apply to your property — they will appear automatically on your website and property brochures.

Upload all visuals and related documents under the Media section:
Featured Photo (main image used on the website and ads)
Additional Photos (gallery images)
Floor Plans & Brochures (PDF or JPG)

You can also assign a precise location to every property:
Use the Search field or drag the pin to mark the exact spot.

4. Best Practices #
Always upload high-resolution images for better lead conversion.
Keep project and property names short but descriptive (e.g., “Downtown Residence 2B Apartment”).
Use accurate map pins — they help in location-based ad targeting.
Update sold or rented properties regularly to keep your listings fresh.
Add brochures and floor plans — they significantly improve conversion rates.
